Since 1987, Penny and Vito have been revolutionising Dunedin's food scene with authentic Italian pasta.

Meet Vito

Born in Burgundy, France, to Italian parents, Vito grew up with pasta as a family staple. His expertise in pasta manufacturing blends tradition and passion.

Meet Penny

A Dunedin native, Penny fell in love with Italian cuisine during her travels in Europe. She brings her deep appreciation for traditional Italian flavours back to her hometown.

The Perfect Blend

Together, Vito's pasta-making skills and Penny's culinary insights have created a business known for its quality and consistency. Starting from the back of the High-Tide restaurant, they now operate from a purpose-built factory, offering a wide range of products including fresh and dried pasta, ravioli, tortellini, pestos, soups, sauces, and organic options.

Our Commitment

We pride ourselves on using no artificial colouring, thickeners, or preservatives. Our products are made with traditional recipes and techniques, ensuring the best flavours and textures.
